The businesses she operated include a real estate development and construction company, a retail liquor store, a metal fabrication shop, a landscape design and construction business, and a custom cabinetry business. Earlier in her career she worked in sales strategy, marketing and new business development for The Disney Channel, Fox Sports Net, AT&T, and several software startup entities.
She has an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York City and a BA in International Studies from Miami University of Ohio.
